MSMS Builder
The MSMS Manager is where your organisation keeps its Marine Safety Management System organised and up to date. You can manage safety measures and supporting documents, track reviews, maintain risk assessments, and compile the MSMS into a downloadable PDF which annexes all of your documents and generates a edit history and changelog.
Inicident Management
Incident Management gives your team one place to record, review and follow up on incidents. Staff can log incidents with location and category, with the system automatically retrieving the weather and tide conditions. Members of the public can submit reports through your own online public form with full customisation too.
Each report can then be reviewed and either closed or escalated to an investigation, with evidence, the people involved and actions tracked in one place. Portavis also flags possible reporting requirements such as MAIB, produces full or redacted PDF reports, and offers AI analysis to help identify trends over time.
Document Review
Document Review shows your team which MSMS sections, risk assessments, policies and procedures are due or overdue for review. You can set how often each item should be reviewed, record when a review has been completed, attach supporting evidence, and keep a clear review history.
Marine Safety Intelligence
Marine Safety Intelligence combines your organisation’s Marine Safety Management System, uploaded documents and local context to help assess new marine safety updates against your operations. It uses AI to summarise each update, explains why it may be relevant and suggests areas to review or possible actions—then your team can review, amend, action or dismiss the suggestion and track any follow-up in Portavis.
